Hi, I’m Brittany. I'm a software engineer with a passion for nutrition and utilizing diet to improve health. I eat paleo, low-carb, gluten-free, soy-free and dairy-free.

This website is here to share recipes, highlight restaurants, and inspire others to make healthy changes. Eating healthy does not have to be difficult. The primary objective of this website is to help those who are struggling, just starting, or looking for inspiration on their health journey.

Before changing my diet I struggled with digestive issues, skin problems, and anxiety.  After changing my diet, my digestion has greatly improved, my skin has cleared, and my anxiety is no longer holding me back. Over time my diet has evolved, as I figured out what works best for me, but the core principles remain the same: eat real food, avoid sugar, and eat good fat. I strongly believe a healthy diet can make a significant difference in improving health. I'll share how I make this lifestyle work for me and provide support to enable others to improve their lives.
